On October 16, a seminar for the young from Ernst Gluck State Gymnasium took place in Alūksne Museum. The goal of the seminar was to teach about weapons and warfare in the territory of Latvia in 13th-16th centuries. Some demonstrations of middle age battle and fight techniques were held and weapons were showed. Participants tried on medieval chain mail shirts and helmets.
